First Year Evaluation
The Graduate Core Committee will meet at the end of the Spring semester to discuss each student’s performance in coursework and Laboratory Rotations, and to verify that the student has identified a VMB laboratory. Students must have a GPA > 3.0 and receive at least 2 of 3 favorable reviews from the Rotation Advisors in order to receive a favorable First Year Evaluation and continue in the program.
